OVERVIEW
I was selected to be a part of the branding team for the Boston University School of Visual Arts 2022 BFA Thesis Show at BU's Stone Gallery. Our team was responsible for developing a theme and visual style for the gallery exhibition as well as designing a wordmark, promotional posters and social media posts, vinyl displayed at the exhibition, merchandise, an exhibition website, and a catalog of all of the class's work. My primary contributions were contributing to the theme idea and iterations of the wordmark and designing the exhibition catalog.
The theme of the branding we developed was elasticity and the exhibition was entitled "Connection Lines". We felt this theme represented our class as our studies were interrupted by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Although the pandemic was a major obstacle we all faced in the exact middle of our college education, our class was able to overcome adversity and "bounce back" to a strong finish to our design education.
